Situated on the Rehoboth Canal, this 4,400 square foot home underwent an extensive renovation to convert dimly lit, fragmented spaces into bright, expansive living areas. The home's outdated appearance was rejuvenated with upscale materials and a contemporary flair. A place that once had no defined entrance now welcomes you with an impressive stair tower entry flanked by two new garages. A new sunroom and exercise area, with expansive windows and sliding doors, was added at the lower level to improve natural light and connection with the pool. Second floor rooms and decks were reimagined to allow a free-flowing, open living space. A folding glass wall eliminates the lines between indoors and out, offering panoramic views of the waterway and natural marshlands beyond.
